How does booking a delivery work?
Select your pickup address and up to 4 delivery stops. Click "Check Price" to review the fare calculation, then tap "Book Delivery Now". A nearby verified rider will be assigned instantly.
What are Pickup and Drop Verification Codes?
To guarantee package safety, the sender is given a 4-digit Pickup Code, and each receiver gets a unique Drop Code. The driver must verify these codes in their app before completing each leg.
How do payments work?
All deliveries are currently settled via Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay the total trip fare directly to the driver upon item collection or final delivery.
What is the weight & distance limit?
Deliveries are carried via two-wheeler vehicles (bikes/scooters) and support items weighing up to 20 kg. The maximum single delivery distance supported is 50 km from the pickup location.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include illegal substances, hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, flammable liquids, live animals, and items exceeding legal size/weight limits.

We process personal data strictly to fulfill delivery requests, calculate fare estimates via mapping APIs, dispatch nearby delivery drivers, send trip status notifications, and maintain platform security.

We do not sell or rent user data. Information is shared only with service providers essential to app functionality, including:
- Google Maps API & OAuth: For mapping, reverse geocoding, and account sign-in.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For real-time delivery alerts.

1. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and current mobile contact details when placing orders. You are responsible for ensuring that the sender and receiver are available at specified locations and times.
2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Goods
Users agree not to book deliveries for illegal, hazardous, toxic, explosive, or restricted goods under Indian law. GoDeliver reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders violating safety protocols.
3. Pricing & Payments
Fares are calculated dynamically based on distance, duration, and the number of delivery stops (with a minimum charge of ₹20). All fares are payable in cash directly to the driver upon collection or delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Customers may edit or cancel an order prior to driver pickup. Consecutive unexcused cancellations after a driver has been assigned may result in temporary account restrictions.
5. Limitation of Liability
GoDeliver operates as a technology marketplace connecting independent delivery partners with customers. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic congestion, or incorrect addresses provided by users.
